I had my first eye corner surgery and nose surgery here. The moment they said same-day surgery was possible, I should have skipped it. I was going to rate just the doctors' friendliness, but the doctor who did my eye corner surgery was so kind that I made it two points. 1. The doctor who did my nose surgery comes across as warm on YouTube, but in real life he is extremely cynical. Later I brought up the parts that didn't improve shape-wise, and he reacted like, "I don't know?" 2. The director who handled the eyes and the manager were extremely kind. 3. AS issue: They first told me to come to the hospital and said they would only charge anesthesia, but then depending on the material they kept adding extra charges and tried every possible way not to do the AS, saying it was fine now. In the end I had the AS done somewhere else because of trust issues. 4. They said they would only use septal cartilage for the nose, but I found out there that donated rib cartilage had been used. Before surgery I had told my friend and guardian that they said they would use only septal cartilage, so I knew that. The hospital kept insisting on their version, and since I had no proof I stopped arguing and kept my mouth shut. I also asked them not to make the tip too lifted, but they made my nostrils visible, so I was stressed and had a revision surgery somewhere else. I heard the manager in charge also quit. So different from YouTube. Of course, what they did is prettier than before.
