A few years ago, a friend had eye surgery here, not a nose surgery, and I remembered hearing about it, so I went to check it out. The hospital was so big that there was quite a wait. The staff here also didn't feel particularly friendly. Still, the doctor was warm and easygoing, which was nice. They explained the surgery method well too. But maybe because it was a large hospital, there were a lot of people waiting, so the consultation was kept short because there were people waiting behind me. I'm the type who comes up with questions later while listening, and it was a bit disappointing that I didn't have time to ask those. Also, even during the consultation with the director, there was a subtle factory-line feeling. At first I wondered what people meant by factory-like, but while going through the consultation I realized, ah, that's why they say it feels factory-like. The reviews are mixed, so I'm hesitating, but the consultation itself was pretty satisfying.
