I consulted with Director Kim Ju-yeon. Since it was a revision rhinoplasty, design and aesthetics were important, and I was worried because it felt a bit factory-like, but they designed it better than I expected, and their aesthetic sense was better than the hospitals I consulted elsewhere. They pointed out the problems with my nose and the areas for improvement very clearly, and their style was to calmly explain the parts that could be improved and the limitations. I was recommended autologous costal cartilage (freshly harvested again) + silicone + alar reduction + alar base suture, and since this was my fifth revision surgery and they had to harvest my own rib cartilage again, I thought the cost would be much higher than expected, but it was surprisingly cheaper than other hospitals. The price is the same for donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage.
