Both the consultation with the manager and the consultation with the director had very long waits. I waited more than 50 minutes just to see the director.. It seems like even after surgery, coming here for follow-ups would be hard, and if something goes wrong during surgery, it would be even harder to see the director. I wasn't thinking about autologous costal cartilage, but they told me to use it.. I don't think I'll do it here.
