Everyone was kind overall. The director also seemed thorough and perfectionistic, which I liked. I liked that they seemed to focus on reflecting what the customer wanted. The manager also only counseled me about the parts I mentioned, without recommending other things, which was good. They explained all the pros and cons. For such a large hospital, it didn’t feel that complicated, so I think it was fine.
