Maybe because it’s a large hospital, I had to wait a long time before going in for the consultation. The consultation director was so-so? They didn’t seem very professional, but I wasn’t going to be operated on by the consultation director anyway, so I didn’t really care. When I consulted with Director Bae, there was also a consultation fee, so I wished they had explained things in a more detailed and kinder way. They needed to tell me what would happen if it turned out this way or that way, but they just set the line a couple of times and that was it, and the fat removal felt like a "if you want it, then do it" kind of thing, with no explanation at all about what would happen if it were done. I don’t want to say it was unbearably rude and curse at them, but they were definitely cold. It felt a bit hard to trust that they would really take care and perform the surgery well..?
