The building is big, but there are only two elevators, so the wait is extremely long. You need to get there 10 minutes before your appointment if you want to arrive on time. I don’t recommend taking the stairs. Even though I had a consultation appointment, it still took more than 30 minutes to get seen. I went in the morning and thought there wouldn’t be many people, but there were a lot. Both the manager and the surgeon were kind during the consultation itself, and it didn’t feel like a factory. It felt like the manager mostly finalized the estimate during the consultation and the surgeon just gave the final confirmation. The manager explained almost everything about which procedures I could get, and at the end the surgeon said, “This is okay to do” and “This is about how much we’d do.” The consultation is on the 3rd floor and surgery is on the 4th floor, but the staff on the 4th floor were a little unfriendly. Their answers were perfunctory and they weren’t very polite with guidance either. They didn’t even tell me to rinse my mouth, and later asked if I had done it, so I had to go back right before surgery and do it again. I went without choosing a surgeon, and when I said I wanted something natural, they said the manager would assign one for me, so that’s how I got assigned. But they really did make it natural!! It may just be my body type, but after the surgery I had no inflammation, swelling, or pus or blood discharge at all, and it didn’t hurt either. Director Kwon Chan did the surgery very delicately and well. Conclusion: The wait is long, the 4th-floor staff are unfriendly, but the surgery is good.
