Maybe because it's a large clinic, the consultations were really backed up and the wait was extremely long. The manager was genuinely kind and explained things well, but once I actually went in to see the doctor, it felt like everything was handled too casually, like they weren't listening to any of my needs and had already decided everything themselves, then just went, "That's fine, right?" Also, I wanted to have surgery safely with autologous costal cartilage, but the consultation ended before I even got to say that, so communication felt a bit difficult and frustrating.
