From the very beginning while I was looking into first surgery, I kept hearing that a bulbous nose is hard to improve in one shot, and I guess that’s really true.. For the amount of time and money I invested, there were still parts of my bulbous nose that hadn’t changed, and a new bend appeared that wasn’t there before, so every time I looked in the mirror I felt 2% disappointed. Since cosmetic surgery is ultimately for my own satisfaction, I consulted mostly with places known for good revision rhinoplasty, and Director Kang seemed to check my needs well, so it felt like we understood each other. In terms of the implant, which was what I cared about most, my first surgery was done without an implant, but for the revision I used silicone and septal cartilage. This time the bend and bulbous nose, which had been my biggest concerns, were clearly corrected, and I’m really satisfied with my nose now.
