I had a reservation but still waited an hour. Patients’ time is valuable too, and this was the first place I’d been to that made me wait that long, so I was irritated before it even started. The consultation managers were so rude. It was also strange that I didn’t even consult with the same manager before and after the consultation; the first one kept cutting me off and brushing me off while I was talking. But the doctor was extremely kind and spent a long time talking with me, which I liked. I want to trust them and go through with it because the doctor seems like they would do a good job, but the managers matter too, so that was disappointing.
