Please do something about your waiting system seriously. I went in for a consultation at 1:30 and came out at 5. Does that even make sense? There weren't even seats for the people waiting for consultations, so we had to wait on folding chairs, and it was so hot I could die, and they wouldn't even turn on the air conditioner in the lobby. The 10,000 won consultation fee felt so wasteful. Still, Director Lee Seung-chan was really great. There weren't many discounts, and the quote was way too expensive compared to other hospitals, so I passed on this place, but if Director Lee Seung-chan ever opens a private clinic somewhere, I'll follow him. He really consulted with the patient in mind.
