I came all the way from the provinces to get a consultation with the chief director. At the consultation, the estimate from the manager was missing one of the procedures the doctor had discussed, and I paid the deposit based on that. When I asked because that procedure was not in the KakaoTalk guidance, I was told, 'I left it out because it's not that important. Anyway, I don't think it would have any effect even if you got it.' ??? And then they said it was because I probably didn't understand, but that this is how our clinic system works. (So the system here is that the manager can omit things at their own discretion if they are not important?) The chief director's consultation was very professional, so I wanted to definitely have it done here, but I canceled because of the consultation manager. I waited nearly 2 hours, but the consultation manager didn't say a single word of apology. I paid 20,000 won for the consultation and got a good experience.
