Maybe because it's so popular, there were a lot of people and the wait was a bit long, but the director was so, so kind and thorough in examining me. They recommended exactly what I needed and what would be more effective, and clearly said what couldn't be done wouldn't be possible. The manager was also very kind, and I liked that there was no pressure about treatment.
