The wait was too long. I went at the scheduled time, but I think I waited for an hour. The director was a bit cold, so I felt self-conscious about asking too many questions. Still, because this was a revision surgery, he clearly pointed out what needed improvement, measured both eyes with a ruler, said they were different by a few millimeters, and explained what method would likely work. There was definitely no unnecessary upselling, and he even said there was no need to operate if it wasn’t necessary. I said I wasn’t going to have the surgery, so there was no cost explanation. Not 500.
