The consultation is handled sincerely and kindly. The director does not recommend unnecessary surgery and adjusts things after examining you directly by touch during the consultation. The manager also seems to try to match my needs as much as possible, and I got the impression that they were trying to speak honestly, though I'm not sure if they meant it truly.
