The hospital desk was pretty! It felt quite luxurious? The wait was a bit long. The staff all looked busy, but they responded kindly whenever I asked questions in between, which I liked. The consultation with the director was a bit short, which was disappointing, but during the consultation I did feel like they were on the patient's side and trying to ease the 부담. I think they like a slightly glamorous style, but that wasn't bad in its own way.
