My first surgery didn’t reflect my needs at all, and I was stressed because the line kept dropping over time. So for my revision, I wanted my eyes to open naturally but clearly, and I looked into a lot of review posts and went around for consultations. TS seemed to have a lot of reviews from cases similar to mine, and it was relatively close by, so I went there for a consultation. It wasn’t the kind of consultation where I’d just ask questions and the doctor would answer in a general way. At the beginning, they checked the scar condition and the amount of spare skin, and then based the consultation on that. Because of that, I didn’t have to explain one by one what I was worried about. For example, they suggested a brow lift, saying that even if I lowered the line a little, the feeling of heaviness would still be unavoidable, and they drew out how it would be improved to explain it, which helped me understand a lot. Also, the fact that they asked a lot about my opinions and about things the doctor was curious about made it feel unlike the places where I had consulted before, where it felt like I was just talking to a wall, and I liked that. Since this is a revision surgery, I’m planning to visit several places and decide carefully, so I’ll still go to other consultations, but if I had to choose based on the places I’ve consulted so far, I want to do it here the most. It was the consultation I liked best, I think.
