During the consultation, they were wearing a mask so I couldn't hear well, and when I said, 'Huh?', they stared at my eyes for a long time and asked if I didn't understand, so I said I couldn't hear them. They were really unfriendly, it made me feel bad, and it felt like they were cursing at me with their eyes. And when they were adjusting my eye shape, they told me not to blink so much. Even the same words are said in such an unpleasant way. So even if it's a clinic that's good at surgery, I don't want to go there. Some people say character doesn't matter, as long as they're good at surgery, but I think basic decency is necessary too. If they don't respect people, then what do they think of patients who just pass by? And if side effects appear, patients already become the weaker party, so I wonder how much more powerless they would become. It feels authoritarian. I even paid the consultation fee, so I don't know how they can make me leave feeling this bad. Other places don't even charge a consultation fee, and they're kind too.. I asked the manager to show me reviews and photos similar to mine, and they do show them, but they don't seem very willing to. Everyone looks tired and worn out. The line they made was fine~
