After my first surgery, my bulbous nose didn’t improve, so I decided to get a revision and found a specialist for bulbous-nose revision. I had my revision done by Director Lee Seung-chan at TS. What I wanted most was to improve my bulbous nose, and Director Lee Seung-chan did a great job by making the tip round and natural while improving it well. What I especially liked after surgery was that there had been a lot of talk that autologous costal cartilage would be very painful, but Director Lee Seung-chan harvested the autologous costal cartilage well with minimal incisions, so I recovered without much pain after surgery. The incision range was small, so the scar is so minor that you really have to look carefully to find it, which I think is great!! And what I like most after surgery is that no matter which angle I look at my nose from, it doesn’t feel burdensome and the nasal line came out naturally and nicely, so I’m extremely happy!! Haha
