I visited three hospitals that day, and this one had the worst facilities. The CT machine looked extremely old, and it malfunctioned halfway through the scan... The first and second hospitals had the same CT machine, and they looked up-to-date.. The CT results screen was also hard to see, and the doctor didn't really explain things while looking at the CT either lol ㅠㅠ The people at the desk and even the waiting room all felt kind of old-fashioned too.. so my first impression was bad from the start; The consultation manager spoke for less time than the doctor and looked sleepy and bothered. The overall atmosphere of the hospital was really bad. But the director was kind during the consultation and explained things thoroughly. Just like the directors at the first and second hospitals, he talked about what my nose needed. But he wasn't the type to say exactly, clearly, "this is how it must be done"; instead, he first asked what I was unhappy about and what parts I wanted improved.
