Director Lee Seung-chan balanced the bridge and tip really well, and the tip came down naturally too, so I'm completely out of the short-nose look haha I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and the scar is at a level where I don't worry about it at all. They did the surgery with a minimal incision, and there was little bleeding during the operation, so recovery was fast too! If you're getting surgery with rib cartilage, you really don't need to worry haha. They also lengthened the columella naturally, so both the front and side views are pretty ㅠ The tip shape also turned out round and classy just like the reviews I had seen, so I really feel like I made the right choice getting nose revision. I heard the doctor is famous for doing difficult surgeries well, so I do think I should have done it here from the start...ㅋㅋ
