I consulted with Director Lee Seung-chan. When I went to the hospital, there were quite a few patients waiting even though it was evening, but I didn’t have to wait very long for the consultation appointment or the consultation queue. But the staff and the consultation manager didn’t feel particularly friendly. They seemed a bit blunt. The director was friendly during the consultation, but there wasn’t really any impact. He was very concerned about my nose condition and listened carefully to what I said, but for some reason... I just wasn’t drawn in.
