The head doctor was kind, but the consultation wasn’t very detailed and was short, so I was very disappointed. As a customer, I wanted to hear an explanation of the surgical direction, but they only said things like it would improve and turn out well, so I couldn’t even ask more questions. In fact, the manager’s consultation felt more comfortable!!
