I went in the afternoon on a weekend and arrived earlier than my appointment time. I waited about 30 minutes before the consultation. The staff were all kind and the facility was comfortable. The consultation was detailed, kind, and the doctor seemed confident, but it was a little different from my concerns and the direction I wanted. The consultation manager was extremely kind.
