I visited because it is famous as a hospital specializing in revision eye surgery and eye procedures. There were many patients, and there seemed to be many older patients too, so even while sitting there I already felt a sense of trust;; The director seemed very busy, so I felt the consultation order and process were somewhat not smooth. Among all the hospitals I visited, this was in the top 3 for the time I spent talking with the director about surgery, even longer than with the manager (though maybe I only went to hospitals where the director’s consultation was unusually long..) The director seemed confident about canthoplasty, and said he was definitely sure he could do what other hospitals had said they could not, so his expertise seemed high. He also pointed out asymmetry that other hospitals had not noticed, which made me trust him. It is one of the hospitals I am ultimately considering for surgery, but because the director is so busy, I worry about how much care the surgery will actually receive.
