I went for a consultation because of my front canthus. They put tape on the front of my eyes and asked how much correction I wanted, and then measured the distance between my eyebrows with a ruler. They said the scar could be improved by about 70%, and the consultation was calm, so I felt reassured. The consultation manager was also pretty kind.
