I had back-and-bottom canthoplasty 2 years ago, and it definitely loosens over time ㅠㅠ It seems like that’s just how the surgery is ㅠㅠ If you’re worried about eye length, it’s better to do front canthoplasty instead.. And when it’s first done, it has to be lowered to the point that it seems too much for it to have any real effect..
