I went to look into revision surgery, and they recommended partial incision upper, outer, and lower canthoplasty. I think I waited about 20 minutes before going in. No consultation fee. The doctor spoke a bit quickly, but answered my questions as much as possible. It felt like he had a lot of experience with cases of small slit-like eyes. But the price is way too expensive ㅠ I'm still thinking about it.
