I don't know about anything else, but when I first called to make a consultation appointment, the staff member who answered was really unfriendly. When I said I still hadn't decided which director I wanted, they told me I could come in and consult with the manager first, but just in case I looked it up and then asked for Director Do Eon-rok, they said he wasn't available today and I should see one of the other three (still being unfriendly the whole time). I said okay for now and went, but when I got there and thought I'd see Director Kim Hong-jin, they said he wasn't there either, and I was honestly so angry. It's already a far place for me (two hours from home), and they made me waste so much time...
