First of all, the waiting is way too long. It feels like a factory.. I waited more than an hour just to consult with the manager, and then had to wait another 40 minutes for the doctor consultation. I was already annoyed that they had changed their time, and then making me wait two more hours was ridiculous. Still, I liked the consultation with Director Do Eonrok. He drew things out and explained kindly, and although he was blunt, I liked how he pointed out exactly the essentials.
