I went for a nose surgery consultation! I liked how the director divided it into this version and that version to set the line, and they explained even the materials I wasn't familiar with in detail, so I thought it was fine. The wait wasn't short, but I still felt like they explained things well enough to justify the wait. I think it's better to make an appointment in advance, and even though there was some waiting time, I didn't feel like it was wasted because they answered every question sincerely.
