I had pretty high expectations for the surgery, but the reason I gave it such a low rating is that it felt like they'd just ignore my opinion and do it however they wanted. There is a basis for that feeling too. Their professionalism is extremely high and the doctor is sharp, but according to someone who used to be my friend and had surgery there, the doctor is very sensitive and curt in the operating room, so you can't voice your opinion and they finished the surgery in such a suffocating atmosphere that you could hardly breathe. So I'm passing on it.
