The waiting time was outrageously long, and the atmosphere inside the clinic felt like a market. The doctor looked tired the whole time during the consultation, and on top of that, he only emphasized the patient’s flaws, which was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I was going there to get scolded after paying my own money for surgery. The coordinator was like a robot and only answered the questions she was asked. She even casually said that if the patient before me went over time, I might have to wait during surgery too. Then they should reduce the number of surgery patients in a day. I don’t even know whether the doctor will properly check the follow-up visits. It seems like they’re doing extremely well business-wise, and since there are plenty of people who’ll get surgery even without me, I’m dropping out..
