Honestly, the other things weren't a big deal... I think the director's consultation style is the most important thing. They spent quite a long time with me in the middle of a busy schedule, explaining things easily and without forcing anything. Honestly, I don't really know about the staff or the rest. There were reviews saying they pressure people for a deposit, and I agree with that too... The waiting time was incredibly long, but then again, there are just a lot of people there.
