Overall, everything was really good. There was no particular pressure to pay a deposit, and I liked the line they designed for me. They recommended surgery that was just right, not excessive. I was recommended a non-incisional method plus upper lid work, and they shaped it naturally really well. I liked that they kept adjusting it while talking to me. The wait time, from my scheduled appointment until all the consultation was finished, was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I arrived about an hour early, so maybe that's why. There are a lot of rumors that the wait is really long, but compared to that, it didn't feel like I waited much. They seemed confident about the surgery, and since it is a hospital that is fairly well known for eyes, it felt trustworthy. I am still deciding between this place and one other for the surgery.
