I went in a little nervous because I had seen reviews saying Director Doeonrok was cold, but he was so good that my worries were pointless! He kindly explained everything I asked, and he adjusted the line several times so I could choose. The only downside was the long wait. I went at 10 and left at 1. But they told me in advance that the wait would be long and that I could go to a cafe and come back. I came for a consultation because I heard they're famous for eye surgery, and the manager and everyone else were so kind that I trust them, so I'm planning to do it here!
