I found out while searching for reviews as I was waiting even though my appointment time had already passed, because they’re notorious for long wait times at 1mm. But I went on a Saturday afternoon and really ended up waiting over 2 hours before the consultation, so I was already exhausted when I went in. Still, the doctor looked at me more thoroughly than I expected and explained why I couldn’t get the inner eye corner surgery I wanted. I think they also drew the line in quite a lot of detail. If you ignore the wait time, it was really good.
