I had a reservation and arrived before the appointment time, but the waiting time was long. I had expected some delay, but it was worse than I thought. During the consultation, I didn't understand why the coordinator said they would try to set the line, and the later consultation with the director ended so quickly it felt like a reporter had to finish an interview fast, which didn't suit me.
