I went prepared after reading reviews saying the wait would be 2 hours, so I expected it, but it really did take 2 hours just to see the doctor. Then a staff member came over and explained the reason for the wait even though I hadn't asked, and that actually made me angry inside because it sounded like an excuse. I personally really wanted a consultation here, so I had been calling for two months and waiting until the period when reservations would be accepted, then called immediately the moment that period started to make an appointment. So when they told me the wait was long because they had squeezed me in during a gap in the schedule, it was absurd. I was never given that explanation when I booked, and in fact I had booked earlier than others, so I was like, what is this? Since the clinic was already notorious for long waits, it felt like a made-up reason to avoid complaints. Anyway, whether it was real or fake, I didn't consult with the chief doctor but with another doctor, and I liked that he gave a decisive and clear recommendation. It helped me when I was wavering, so I liked it, but the consultation manager I met when talking about prices was not good. She seemed like she was pretending to know while actually not knowing, and there was a feeling that she was reading my mood and trying to accommodate me, which I didn't like. That said, she wasn't the type to be endlessly friendly and listen well to my story or requests either. When I asked again about something she had already explained because I was confused, she added that she had already explained it, and it felt like she was forcing out politeness with a clenched-teeth fake smile, which I didn't like. It was obvious. Here, everything except the doctor's expertise is bad.
