The hospital is big and there were a lot of people, so it felt a bit like a university hospital. When I was waiting, I saw not only young people but also older people, and even a few men. Unlike other places, it was my first time seeing a male manager, which was interesting. The wait at the hospital is long, but I guess it's long because everyone wants to get a consultation..? That means the word of mouth that they do well is definitely solid, so it made me more determined to wait it out and get a consultation. It was my first time going for double-eyelid surgery, and they clearly pointed out what needed to be done for my eyes, which I liked. As someone who doesn't know much about surgery, I wanted clear answers about things like what needs to be done and what would make it come out that way, and rather than somewhere that gives vague answers, it was refreshing to be told clearly what can and can't be done. It also narrowed down what I should look into about the surgery. The manager was extremely kind and kept apologizing a lot for the long wait. I felt like it must be hard for them. Maybe because I have a pretty easygoing personality, but overall it was a satisfying consultation for me.
