There were many reviews saying the consultation waiting time was terrible, so I expected it to some extent, but the waiting time alone was 3 hours. I'm from outside the city, so because of the last train time, I ended up rushing through the consultation with the director, which left me disappointed. As other reviews said, the manager does tend to pressure you to book, but the manager's consultation was honest, so I liked that part! The toothpick they use to shape the eye line was really dirty, as some reviews said.. But even after visiting several other clinics, this director was the only one who pointed out the issues with my asymmetrical eyes, and seeing how confidently the director spoke gave me confidence. However, because the waiting time was so long, I started worrying that on the day of surgery I would have to wait that long too, and that aftercare might not be done properly, so I left without placing a deposit, but I'm still thinking about it.
