As rumored, the wait was really bad. It took about 2 hours and 40 minutes. The coordinator explained the eye surgery once and tried to set the line. They seemed to recommend upper canthoplasty as the default, and Director G.H.J. also recommended upper canthoplasty. They explained my current eye condition and told me how much improvement I could expect. They were kind, and they carefully set the line several times. They set a line close to an inner double eyelid because a thick line didn't suit me. I'm worried because they said the doctor won't check the progress after surgery.
