I had surgery two years ago, and it feels like it wasn't a total failure but also not a success. The eye correction was done well without overcorrection, so my eyes became clearly more defined, but I'm considering revision of the front canthoplasty. My Mongolian fold was originally quite severe, but after surgery a lot of the lacrimal caruncle is showing, and the front part of the line looks droopy, so it makes my eyes look tired.. It might just be a problem with my eyes, so I'll visit a few more places and compare.
