I had surgery 5 years ago and got double-folding, but the original crease adhesion did not release, so scars remained as two lines, and the fixation was so deep that I’m ultimately looking into revision surgery... The canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty had no side effects at all and don’t show. If you’re thinking about canthoplasty, I think it would be fine.
