It’s been about 5 years since my upper canthoplasty. There’s still a bit of a scar from the upper canthoplasty, but my eye shape became prettier and improved. It does show a little, but my eyes already looked like I had double eyelid surgery, so I don’t really mind. If you have eyes where it doesn’t show at all that you had double eyelid surgery, don’t get upper canthoplasty. But if your eyes already show that you had double eyelid surgery, then upper canthoplasty may make the eye shape look more refreshed and probably be fine.
