I had a secondary canthoplasty for the inner corner of my eyes and ended up with a severe hooked hollow. The hospital told me to wait. I wrote a comment saying this hospital was not great, and after 2 years the female manager contacted me asking how I had been, whether my eyes were okay, but then said to take down the comment, saying things like that. They only cared about the hospital's image. I had already had the area restored somewhere else. The director wasn't rude, but when I said it had sunken in, it immediately felt like, "I don't know."
