Even though there were only two people waiting, I still waited a little over an hour. When I asked in the middle, they said that even though I had a reservation, it was because the doctor in front was taking a long time with surgery. The manager consultation was nothing different from other places. They did try to push other procedures a bit. Still, I liked that they didn’t push me to pay or to set a surgery date right away. There was not much expertise. It felt like they said everything was possible and just repeated the same thing. I couldn’t check the CCTV. They said there is only one doctor, but I still couldn’t check it in real time or later. They said there is no CCTV in the operating room. The doctor’s consultation was good. He was kind and passionate, explained things well, tried to answer everything I was curious about, and kept asking until I left whether I had any more questions.
