The waiting time wasn't long, and out of all the managers I've met, she was the most meticulous. She explained the cause and the solution in such detail that it was easy to understand. She carefully went over every issue I had been worrying about, like asymmetry in the inner eye corner, the line height, and overall facial asymmetry. The director seemed to have a youthful sense regardless of age, and while explaining things he looked both professional and confident.
