The consultation director was kind, and personally, as someone who doesn't really like being judged by a director about this and that or getting estimates, I liked that they just gave me the information and neatly told me the date and procedure cost. The doctor was honest in saying what could be done and what couldn't, which I liked. But there were some parts where he spoke a bit uncertainly, and that made me hesitate about surgery.
