The consultation manager was kind. I know a famous YouTuber had good results, but as soon as I got there, there was that person’s before-and-after on the first consultation screen, so at first it felt a bit like marketing and I was hesitant. But the consultation with the director was good, he was very meticulous, and once I told him everything I wanted, he explained step by step what could and couldn’t be done, which I liked.
